This exploratory study relies on IRB-approved in-depth interviews conducted in May and June 2025 with eight full-time faculty who have taught HyFlex courses at a regional comprehensive university. Interview participants taught in a variety of disciplines and levels including general education courses through graduate level courses. Each participant shared their insight on teaching HyFlex courses with regard to the benefits and the challenges.
