Most learning teams believe in inclusive design but struggle to make it work across languages, devices, and ability levels without blowing up timelines. This session makes the case that AI and technology are necessary to close that gap—not just helpful. Drawing on lessons from building an AI-powered learning module reaching 170+ countries, Josh Penzell shares the design thinking behind making accessibility operational at scale, and gives participants a way to assess their own work for structural inclusion gaps.
