Moving beyond policy discussions, this session examines the realities of AI integration through the lens of the core HyFlex principles of learner choice, equivalence, reuse, and accessibility. Panelists will share practical examples and lessons learned as they navigate evolving questions related to participation, assessment, academic integrity, equity, and student engagement. The discussion will explore when AI supports learning, when it risks replacing critical thinking, and how educators can design meaningful learning experiences for students regardless of whether they choose to use AI.
