This session makes the case that AI and technology are necessary to close that gap—not just helpful. Drawing on lessons from building an AI-powered learning module reaching 170+ countries, Josh Penzell shares the design thinking behind making accessibility operational at scale, and gives participants a way to assess their own work for structural inclusion gaps.
